The Client approached us to convert the loft space in an early 20th Century two storey house, extend the kitchen and create a new WC on the ground floor. As with all loft conversion projects we work hard to get every possible habitable space for the Client. We created an attractive rear dormer to the loft which was successfully approved by Planning along with a ground floor extension to the kitchen. The Planners were satisfied with the design and that it complimented the period of the building. Some careful consideration was given at the outset as to how the drainage layout would work with the kitchen extension to give the Client their ideal kitchen layout. The project was completed with full Building Control approval and a very satisfied Client.
